The carpet cleaning service is excellent. The first time, I found it very satisfying to watch the black water come out of the pipes, noting the quality and cleanliness, and the second time, one year later, I was satisfied to see the water was pretty much clear, meaning they stayed cleaned underneath everyday dirt, dust and pet hair. The carpets come up smelling nice and dry within 3-4 hours, much better than someone else we went with a couple of years ago that left soggy carpets that didn't dry for a few days and clearly didnt have the expertise or quality commercial equipment that Crystal Clear does. ~ Claudia R
We have used this business a few times before. We don't even bother now to get 2 or 3 quotes . We have had some bad experience with other window cleaners before we started using this company and they are the first people we call now. The owner (Ian) knows his business and has a great crew who do a great job. The first time we used this company we had the Windows booked in to be cleaned for a certain day which turned out to be raining and storms expected . I still had them cleaned and the rain turned up a day later. Made no difference .the Windows remained clean for months on. So if your thinking of getting your windows done..and rain is expected..doesn't matter. They will still be clean & clear afterwards. I don't bother normally writing a review.. But this company desire a thumbs up. And yes.. We now get our carpets cleaned by them now as well. ~ Linda K
Desperately needed my new windows cleaned after our renovation, glass louvered windows look great but a pain to clean. So I called Crystal Ckear for a quote. They were our and quoting the next day and the price was so great I said let’s book it in! Windows were cleaned in and out, upstairs and downstairs- didn’t miss any and they look like brand new even the old windows ! It is my pleasure to provide a recommendation and we are now on the ‘regular’ list so we will get a wash each year 👍 ~ Van V
